CHRISTIAN ARTISTRY

The Lord is the source of all inspiration, yet it seems creativity is thought to only reside in Hollywood or with the hottest producer in the music industry. Historically the Church has been behind some our most beautiful architecture, paintings, sculptures and music, but today Christians are seen as rigid, unimaginative sticks-in-the-mud. One artist put it this way, “When was the day where the Church left her mark, and let the world outshine us in pure art? I’m not talkin’ about chicken dinners and raffles, I’m talkin’ true art like the Sistine Chapel!”

Beth-Eden seeks to be a place that supports ad encourages Christian artistry among our members and among fellow believers. To this end we promote local artists (dance, music, poetry, drama, visual, digital, etc.) who have shown a passion to use their gifts to spread the gospel.
